This is the home site for FAA field gunners who, until 1999, at The Royal Tournament

in Earls Court, re-enacted the exploits of The Naval Brigade of the Royal Navy who

effected the relief of Ladysmith by pulling guns & limbers across country from Durban 

overcoming vast obstacles.

 

This display was referred to as the toughest team event ever.
